Highly Skilled Skid Steer (Posi Track) Operator – Major Projects | Western Sydney

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and confident Skid Steer (Posi Track) Operator to join a well-known civil contractor working across major projects in Western Sydney and Greater Sydney.

🔧 About the Role:

• Ongoing work with full-time hours – temp to perm for the right person

• Join a reputable, tier-one company with a strong pipeline of work

• Be a key part of a high-performing crew

• Immediate start available

✅ What We Need:

• Extensive experience operating a Posi Track / Skid Steer in civil or infrastructure environments

• Able to work confidently on steep terrain, around services, and in tight access areas

• Valid Skid Steer ticket and White Card

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to site safety

• Team player who can also work independently when needed
